This service is available to all organisations regardless of size and structure. All you need to do is register or login to your Belake account and you can get started.

This service is intended for simple statistical enquiries. Examples are:

• What is a confidence interval?
• What is the population of Birmingham?
• What proportion of those living in Kent are aged over 65?

Enquiries that are too complex to be answered within the above criteria may be rejected. We may take up to 5 working days (Mon-Fri exc. bank holidays) to respond to a query. If we are unable to answer your query in five days we will write to you and explain why. Please see our full terms and conditions

Even if you've already had more than four hours of assistance, we may still continue to answer queries from your organisation. However, this will be dependent on workload and capacity at Belake CIC and cannot be guaranteed.
