There is no restriction on the type of projects we accept, provided they require the use of mathematical, statistical or data analytical techniques. Alternatively is can be an Information Technology project, such as internet programming, software design. This includes surveys, population demographics, geographical analysis, risk analysis and measurement, fact finding, analysing data bases, performance metrics, data management, data quality and so on. If you are not sure whether your project is suitable please submit it and allow us to determine! How do you select which organisations you will assist?Organisations should apply for Belake assistance using the Apply page in this section of the website. Applications will be prioritised based on the following criteria:
We emphasise that these criteria will only be used to prioritise applications - no application will be rejected out-right, but will be simply be queued until such time as no higher priority applications are waiting. The only condition that all projects must satisfy is that they have some analytical, mathematical or statistical content. What happens after I apply?Once your application is prioritised, it wil be queued until a Belake project officer is available to tackle the project. At this point you will agree a detailed project specification with the Belake project officer prior to the commencement of your project. |
